Hi, I’m Jenn.
I’m so glad you’re here.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step.
You may have been trying to figure things out on your own for a while—pushing through, second-guessing yourself, or wondering why things still feel so hard.
Part of you may feel ready for support, while another part feels unsure or hesitant.
That’s okay.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.
You can simply come as you are.
*I’m a trauma therapist in Utah who works with adults navigating betrayal, grief, faith transitions, eating disorders/body image, and the lasting impact of experiences that didn’t feel safe.
*I provide online and in person trauma therapy for clients all throughout Utah and online therapy for clients all throughout the states of California, New York, and Idaho.
I work with adults navigating betrayal trauma, religious trauma, grief, life transitions, eating disorders, body image struggles, and the lasting effects of relational and attachment wounds.
A lot of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted, or confused about why they’re feeling like this or why they’re reacting the way they are.
Together, we start to make sense of it.
What Working With Me Is Like
I focus a lot on helping you feel safe and comfortable enough to open up.
We go at your pace.
And we focus on what matters most to you.
In our work together, we don’t just stay on the surface.
We look at what’s really underneath what you’re feeling—
whether that’s trauma, shame, grief, or something you haven’t had words for yet.
A lot of people come in thinking something is wrong with them.
But as we start to understand what’s actually going on, things begin to shift.
What You Might Start To Notice In Our Work Together
Feeling—
More calm
More grounded
More self-trust
Greater emotional clarity
A stronger sense of control
More empowered
More aware
More HOPE
And maybe, for the first time in a while, the feeling that you don’t have to carry this alone.
And maybe, for the first time in a while—
like you’re not alone in it.
A Bit About Me
I’ve been working in the mental health field for over 20 years, starting back in 2003.
Early in my career, I worked at a treatment center for teenage girls, and that experience is what led me to become a therapist.
Over time, I kept seeing how much people were carrying underneath the surface—things like grief, trauma, and shame that hadn’t been fully processed.
Some of this work is personal for me.
I lost my dad at a young age, and as the oldest in my family, I learned early what it meant to carry grief alongside responsibility. I’ve also experienced complex family dynamics that shaped how I understand trauma, healing, and resilience.
Because of that, I don’t take a surface-level approach to this work.
I care about helping you understand what’s really going on underneath—and creating a space where you feel safe enough to go there.
A Bit About Me Outside the Therapy Room
I’m the oldest of eight and the “favorite aunt” to a big (and still growing) group of nieces and nephews.
Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, being around horses, planning Disneyland trips, time spent in the mountains, summer nights, country music, and anything a little nostalgic—especially the 90s, movies, or a good Broadway musical.
Relationships are a big part of who I am, and that carries into the way I show up in my work.

If You’re Ready for Something to Feel Different
You don’t have to keep doing this alone.
When you’re ready, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and begin creating meaningful change.
